摘要 基于通过实验机控制系统的设计建立一个通过三菱PLC控制油箱的滑冲功能,并用型号为昆仑通态触摸屏人机交互界面对PLC进行控制,完成对塑料油箱滑冲试验机控制系统设计。PLC和触摸屏之间的通信采用了MODBUS RTU的通信协议。本文主要的几个模块有:试验台功能、结构、测控系统的介绍以及上位机软件设计和试验界面成果。 Plastic fuel tank skid impact testing machine is an important equipment to detect the quality of automobile fuel tank, mainly on the slip process impact on oil tank leaks were detected, which directly reacts to the quality of the fuel tank. A control tank through the Mitsubishi PLC slip function design of control system is built based on the experiment machine, and use the model to Kun Lun state touch screen man-machine interaction interface with PLC control, the completion of the design of the control system of plastic fuel tank skid, impact testing machine. The communication between PLC and touch screen using modbus RTU communication protocol. In this paper, several main modules: test function, structure, measurement and control system is introduced as well as the PC software design and test results of the interface.
