摘要 采用常压酸浸法从铁氟龙废料中回收铜,考察了初始酸浓度、浸出助剂浓度、温度、时间对铜浸出率的影响。结果表明,在常压下,初始硫酸浓度为3.5mol/L,助浸剂为原料质量的15%,浸出5h,铜浸出率可达98%以上,浸出液中其它金属杂质含量较少。 Copper was recovered from waste Teflon (PTFE) by acid leaching under atmospheric pressure. The effects of initial concentration of sulfuric acid, initial concentration of assistant leaching agent, leaching temperature and time on copper leaching rate were investigated. The results show that copper leaching rate is 98% with low impurity content in leaching solution under the optimum conditions including initial concentration of sulfuric acid of 3. 5 mol/L, mass fraction of assistant leaching agent of 15%, leaching temperature of 45 ℃, and time of 5 h.
