摘要
以3kA钕电解槽为研究对象、相似理论为基础,建立了稀土电解过程的水模型物理试验平台,分别对几种不同阳极壁面倾斜角度工况下单气泡的生长过程进行试验,分析了电解过程中气泡脱离时间、气泡直径、滑移距离等参数的变化情况。结果表明,阳极壁面倾斜角度越大,气泡脱离时最大直径越大,脱离所需时间和滑移距离越大,越易造成阳极效应。
Water model physics experiment platform of RE electrolytic process was established based on similarity theory with 3 kA neodymium electrolytic cell as the research object. Growth of single bubble was investigated under different anode wall tilt angle. Time of bubble detaching from anode, bubble diameter, and sliding distance were analyzed. The results show that the larger anode wall slope angle is, the bigger maximum diameter of bubble breaking away from anode is, the longer time bubble spent to detach from anode and the larger sliding distance is. Anode effect tends to occur.
