便携式变态混凝土高压喷浆系统应用研究

摘要 针对常规变态混凝土人工加浆作业效率低、质量难以保证等问题,研究开发了一种便携式变态混凝土高压喷浆系统,利用手提式喷浆管喷射压力在碾压混凝土内的振冲作用提高浆液注入的分布均匀性。该系统包括液压动力子系统、水泥浆液泵送子系统以及手提式喷浆子系统三部分;三部分协同工作保证了水泥浆加浆高效、定量、可控,有利于形成均质变态混凝土。现场应用效果表明,该系统明显改善了变态混凝土施工工效和成型质量,有效节省了加浆量,可提升施工工艺水平。 To avoid the low efficiency in manual operation and quality of non-uniform in the metamorphic concrete constructing, a portab]e intelligent high-pressure grouting system is invented, which uses the impact function of the injection pressure in RCC (Roller Compacted Concrete)to improve the distribution uniformity of slurry. The system includes hydraulic power subsystem, cement slurry pumping subsystem and portable spray subsystem. The cooperative work of the three subsystem can ensure the cement slurry to inject into RCC to form a homogeneous metamorphic concrete with high efficiency. Field application shows that the good effect of the portable system is utilized on metamorphic concrete site and enhances the prominent efficiency and super quality of the constructing. In addition, the system can save the grouting amount and improve the construction technology level.
