新型垂直升降式防洪(潮)子堤工作性能分析

摘要 鉴于传统水利防洪工程无法满足滨海及沿河城市建设对土地资源整合及景观建设的需求,提出了新型城市防洪工程方案,并借助Ansys14.5软件数值分析了新型结构的工作性能,计算了设计工况下的结构应力及挠度响应,最终通过模态分析评估结构的抗共振破坏风险能力。结果表明,设计工况下,门库最大应力值为7.87×106Pa,上部钢闸板最大应力值为3.79×107 Pa,结构最大挠度为4.68mm,结构固有频率变化区间为6.37~10.84Hz,满足规范设计要求,具有较高的抗共振破坏能力。该分析结果可为今后的模型试验提供数据支持。 Given the traditional water conservancy project can not meet the demand for land resources integration and landscape construction of the construction along the river and coastal cities, we propose a new program of urban flood control project. And then Ansysl4. 5 software is used to analyze the working performance of the new structure. The stress and deflection response of the structural are calculated under the design operating condition. Finally, anti-risk abili- ty to resist the resonance destruction is estimated with modal analysis. The results show that under the design operating condition, the maximum stress of gate chamber is 7.87 × 105Pa, the maximum stress of upper part of the steel gate is 3.79 × 107Pa, the maximum deflection of structure is 4.68 mm, and the natural frequency of the structure changes is in the range of 6.37 Hz to 10.84 Hz. The structure of the program meets the requirements of standard design, which has a high resistance to destruction of the resonance capacity. The analysis results provide data support for future model test.
