痔动脉结扎悬吊术治疗混合痔120例临床观察

Hemorrhoid artery ligation and suspension for mixed hemorrhoids：Clinical observation of 120 cases

为观察痔动脉结扎悬吊术治疗混合痔的疗效，回顾性分析采用痔动脉结扎悬吊术治疗混合痔120例临床资料。结果显示，120例患者均治愈，随访1年无复发。术后疼痛Ⅰ～Ⅱ度117例，Ⅲ度疼痛3例；术后肛缘水肿4例，痔核脱落期出血3例，经处理后止血；无术后尿潴留及肛管狭窄发生。结果表明，痔动脉结扎悬吊术治疗混合痔具有操作简单、损伤小、并发症少，疗程短等优点，符合现代手术微创要求，值得临床推广应用。

To observe the clinical efficacy of hemorrhoid artery ligation and suspension for mixed hemorrhoids,a retrospective study was conducted on the data of 120 cases receiving hemorrhoid artery ligation and suspension.The results showed that 120 cases got cured,and no case relapsed after one year of followup;ll7 cases developed pain of Ⅰ-Ⅱ degree,3 cases pain ofⅢafter surgery,4 eases anal edema,3 bleeding during hemorrhoids abscission and cured after intervention.There was no urinary retention and anal stenosis.It is concluded that hemorrhoid artery ligation and suspension for mixed hemorrhoids is of simple application,less injury, fewer complications and shorter treatment course, which meets the requirements of modern minimally invasive surgery and is worthy of clinical popularized application.
