粤北地区肛门常见病患病情况调查分析

Probe and Analysis on the Prevalence of Common anal Diseases in North Region of Guangdong Province

调查粤北地区肛门常见病的患病情况及该类疾病的流行因素，为制定合理可行的防治策略提供依据。采用整群随机抽样对粤北地区城乡居民做肛门病调查和肛门检查，使用统一设计表格，统一数据处理。结果显示，共调查5102人，获得有效调查表4750份，肛门常见病的患病率为53．6％，男女发病比率约1：1。结果表明，粤北为肛门常见病的高发地区，某些性质特殊的工作和不良的生活饮食习惯与该类疾病的发生密切相关，建议大力宣传预防肛门病的相关知识，摒弃不良的生活饮食习惯，降低肛门病患病率。

Through investigating the prevalence of common anal diseases in north region of Guangdong province and their epidemic factors,so as to provide a basis for developing rational and feasible preventive and therapeutic measures randomly. Cluster sampling was used to make a survey among urban and rural residents in north region of Guangdong province,as well as anal examination.The uniform design table was used,and the data were processed unifiedly.The results showed that a total of 5102 residents were investigated,and 4750 copies of valid questionnaires were obtained; the prevalence of common anal disorders was 53.6%（male to female ration,1 ： 1）.It is concluded that the north region of Guangdong province is of the highest prevalence of common anal disorders,which may be closely related to particular jobs and poor eating and living habits.Therefore, the knowledge of anal disease prevention should be strengthened propaganda,poor eating and living habits should be abandoned to reduce the prevalence of anal diseases.
