肛瘘对口引流后期创面两种处理方式效果比较

Comparison on the Efficacy of Two Intervention Methods for Wound Surface in Late Stage Contradrainage for Fisutla in Ano

为观察肛瘘对口引流后期创面两种处理方式的效果比较，将60例行对口引流术的肛瘘患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例于创面生长后期行切开对口引流管腔治疗，对照组30例继续行对口引流治疗。观察两组患者在创面愈合时间、换药时疼痛、患者满意度等指标。结果显示，治疗组在创面愈合时间、换药时疼痛评分方面优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组患者满意度评分高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，肛瘘对口引流术创面生长后期行切开对口引流管腔可加快创面愈合。减轻换药时疼痛。

To observe the clinical efficacy of two intervention methods for wound surface in late stage contradrainage for anal fistula, 60 cases receiving contradrainage were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group （ n = 30） received incision contradrainage fistula tract at the late stage of wound growth,while control group （n =30） received contradrainage.Both groups were observed items such as would healing time,pain during dressing wounds and patient satisfaction. The results showed that treatment group was superior to control group in wound healing time,pain scores during dressing wounds（ P 〈0.05）;scores of patient satisfaction were higher in treatment group than in control group（ P 〈0.05）.It is concluded that incision of contradrainage anal fistula tract can accelerate wound healing and relieve pain during dressing wounds at the late stage of wound growth in anal fistula.
