摘要
目的:探讨中药马齿苋多糖对溃疡性结肠炎小鼠肠道挥发性脂肪酸及肝脏细菌易位的影响。方法:应用硫酸葡聚糖钠(DSS)制备溃疡性结肠炎小鼠模型,随机分成2组:正常对照组、模型组,造模成功后模型组再分为自然恢复组、马齿笕多糖治疗组。分别于造模后、给药7d后处死小鼠,进行肠内容物挥发性脂肪酸测定及肝脏细菌易位检测。结果:DSS造模后模型组小鼠肠内容物挥发性脂肪酸含量明显下降,肝脏有肠杆菌易位,小鼠出现肠道微生态失调。马齿笕多糖治疗7d后治疗组小鼠与模型组小鼠肠内容物挥发性脂肪酸含量明显上升,肝脏肠杆菌数量减少。结论:马齿笕多糖可以提高肠内容物挥发性脂肪酸含量并降低肝脏肠杆菌数量。马齿笕多糖通过调节肠道微生态失调,对溃疡性结肠炎发挥治疗作用。
Objective: To explore the effects of polysaccharide from Portulaca oleracea L. on volatile fatty acids in the gut,and on bacterial translocation in the liver ofin mice with ulcerative Colitis; to Iinvestigate the effects of polysaccharide from Portulaca oleracea L. on intestinal mucosal cytokine and intestinal flora ofin mice with ulcerative colitis. Methods: Mice were randomly divided into two groups: model group in which rats were introduced by DSS( DSS group) and control group and model group introduced by DSS( DSS group). The mice with ulcerative colitis( DSS group) were further subdivided into natural recovery group and treatment group. After modeling and 7 days of therapy,the mice were respectively sacrificed to detect the volatile fatty acids and bacterial translocation. Results: The volatile fatty acids in the gut reduced and bacterial translocation of the liver appearedbegun; the intestinal flora was out of balanceimbalance,with the treatment of DSS. After 7 days of therapy,the volatile fatty acids in the gut increased compared with the model group and the liver enterobacter number reduced which treated mice compared with the model group. Conclusion: Polysaccharide of Portulaca oleracea L. can increase the volatile fatty acids in the gut and reduces the liver enterobacter number. By a regulate intestinal dysbiosis,polysaccharide from Portulaca oleracea L.,will be helpful for the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
