学龄儿童年轻恒前牙外伤的临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析学龄儿童恒前牙外伤发生的规律、应急处理方式及预后相关因素。方法:回顾分析125例学龄儿童年轻恒前牙外伤的临床资料,分析其发生原因、发生地点、外伤类型、年龄、性别等差异。结果:学龄儿童年轻恒前牙外伤发生的高峰年龄为9-11岁,男孩明显多于女孩,男女比例2.05:1。外伤原因以自己摔倒最多,以上颌中切牙冠折多见,秋冬季节高于春夏季节,学校为主要外伤发生地。结论:学龄儿童年轻恒前牙外伤发生一定有规律,外伤后就诊时间越早相对预后越好。
