优质护理在胸外科患者围手术期的应用效果

Research on the application effect of quality of care in the application effect on of peri operation period of department of thoracic surgery patient

目的:分析胸外科患者围手术期优质护理的应用效果。方法:按照就诊顺序编号将87例患者分为两组,观察组44例行优质护理,对照组43例行常规护理,对比两组患者护理效果。结果:观察组SAS评分较对照组明显降低,护理满意度95.5%较对照组74.4%明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:胸外科患者围手术期采取优质护理,可明显提高手术质量,缓解患者负性情绪。

Objective： To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing quality of department of thoracic surgery patients. Methods： according to clinical order number 87 patients were divided into two groups,44 cases in the observation group of 44 cases ofwith high quality of nursing,43 cases in the control group of 43 with routine care,nursing effect in two groups were comparedtwo groups of patients with nursing effect. Results： In the observation group,SAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group. The nursing satisfaction was 95. 5%,significantly higher than 74. 4% than that in the control group improved significantly（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： High quality nursing for ppatients in the department of thoracic surgery,peri operation period to take high quality nursing care,can significantly improve the operation quality,remission in patients with negative emotions.
