摘要
目的:测定人肝微粒体中去氢骆驼蓬碱的代谢产物。方法:以去氢骆驼蓬碱为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱-离子阱-质谱系统分析去氢骆驼蓬碱经肝微粒体代谢的代谢产物。结果:去氢骆驼蓬碱在人肝微粒体中经Ⅰ相代谢后产物主要为哈尔酚。结论:哈尔酚为首次报道的代谢产物,本研究利用液质联用技术阐明了去氢骆驼蓬碱的体内代谢产物,为进一步研究奠定了基础。
Objective:To determine the metabolism of Harmine in human liver microsome.Methods:The metabolites of Harmine in human liver microsome as the research objects were analyzed by HPLC-Trap-MS.Results:The main me-tabolite of Harmine in human liver microsome by phase I metabolites was Harmol.Conclusion:Harmol is firstly reported as the metabolite.The research illustrates the metabolites of Harmine by using LC-MS, and provides the basis for the further study.
