道地黄芩与甘肃产黄芩对急性肝损伤小鼠保肝作用的比较研究

Comparative Study on Liver-protective Effect of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi from Hebei and Gansu on Acute Liver Injury Mice

目的:探讨甘肃产黄芩与河北承德产道地黄芩保肝作用的差异。方法:腹腔注射0.1%CCl4建立小鼠急性肝损伤模型,检测肝组织SOD活性、MDA含量,观察肝组织结构损伤。结果:甘肃产黄芩与道地黄芩高剂量组均能增强CCl4致肝损伤小鼠肝组织SOD活力,降低MDA含量(P<0.01),明显改善肝组织病变。结论:甘肃产黄芩与道地黄芩均有显著的保肝作用,同剂量道地黄芩保肝功效略优于甘肃陇西产黄芩,但二者之间差异不显著。

Objective：The article was to explore the differences of protective effects on hepar by Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi from Longxi of Gansu province and Chengde of Hebei province.Methods：The mice were injected by intraperito-neal injection with 0.1%CCl4 olive oil to induce the acute liver injury models.The liver tissues were collected to detect SOD activities and MDA levels,and the morphological changes of liver were observed with microscope.Results：SOD ac-tivities were both elevated obviously and MDA levels were notably reduced in hepatic tissue after the mice were given by Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi with high dose（ P〈0.01） .The damage of liver was lightened as well.Conclusion：Scute-llaria baicalensis Georgi from both places has the liver protective effect.The liver-protective effect in the equilibrium dose of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi from Hebei was slightly better than that from Gansu.There is no significant differ-ence.
