当归四逆汤联合中药足浴对糖尿病周围神经病变的效果研究

Effect of Angelica Sini Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Foot Bath on Diabetic Peripheral Neuritis

目的：探讨当归四逆汤联合中药足浴辅助治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法：选择我院2013年8月～2014年7月期间收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者109例作为研究对象，随机分为两组。对照组患者按标准给予糖尿病饮食及合理的西药治疗，观察组则在此基础上联合当归四逆汤、中药足浴治疗，观察并比较两组患者治疗前后神经电生理变化、血流变指标的变化情况，评价临床总有效率。结果：治疗前两组患者的神经电生理以及血流变指标差异均无统计学意义（ P＞0．05），而治疗后观察组患者的神经电生理以及血流变指标改善情况均显著优于对照组；并且观察组的临床治疗总有效率高达96．36％（53／55），显著高于对照组的70．37％（38／54）。结论：四逆汤联合中药足浴应用于辅助治疗糖尿病周围神经病变中，可有效改善患者的神经电生理以及血流变指标，其效果显著优于单独西药治疗。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of angelica Sini decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath on the diabetic peripheral neuritis.Methods：Select 109 patients with diabetic peripheral neuritis in our hospital from August 2013 to July 2014 as the research subjects and they were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group （ n=54） were given the diabetes diet and reasonable treatment of western medicine according to the stand-ard.While the patients in the observation group （n=55） were treated with angelica Sini decoction combined with tradi-tional Chinese medicine foot bath based on the therapy in the control group.Observe and compare electrophysiological changes and blood rheology indexes of patients in two groups.Evaluate the total clinical efficiency.Results：Before treat-ment,the electrophysiology and blood rheology index of the patients in two groups showed no significant difference （ P〉0.05） .After treatment,the electrophysiology and blood rheology index in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group;the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was up to 96 .36%（ 53/55 ） , which was significantly higher than 70.37%（38/54） in the control group.There was a statistical significance between two groups （ P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion：Angelica Sini decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath ap-plied to the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuritiscan can effectively improve the nerve electrophysiology and blood rhe-ology index.Its effect is significantly better than only using western medicine for the treatment.
