摘要 虫草素为天然中药材冬虫夏草和人工培养蛹虫草的有效成分。近年来研究表明,虫草素具有抗肿瘤,抗衰老,抗白血病等药理作用。阿尔茨海默病是一种神经系统退行性疾病。可溶性Aβ1-42寡聚体具有神经细胞毒性且是阿尔茨海默病发病的关键因素。本文探讨了虫草素在Aβ1-42寡聚体诱导AD模型大鼠神经元损伤中的作用。 Cordycepin is an effective component for natural Chinese herbal medicine Cordyceps sinensis and artificial cultivation of Cordyceps militaris.Recent studies showed that cordycepin has anti-tumor,anti-aging,anti white blood pharmacological effects.Alzheimer's disease is a degenerative disease of nervous system.Soluble A beta 1-42 oligomers has nerve cell toxicity,and is a key factor in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease.In this paper,we investigate the effects of Cordycepin on rat's neuron injury of AD model induced by Aβ1-42 oligomer.
