鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类耐药机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 出现碳青霉烯酶是难治性感染的主要原因,同时也是鲍曼不动杆菌产生耐药的最重要机制。本文结合国内外诸多文献资料,深入探讨了鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类耐药机制的研究进展。鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药的机制主要包括:质子泵的外排作用、外膜通透性的改变、PBPs的改变、碳青霉烯酶的产生。
