心率变异性与冠心病充血性心力衰竭患者的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between heart rate variability and congestive heart failure

目的：探讨心率变异性与冠心病充血性心力衰竭患者的相关性,以期为临床治疗提供数据支持。方法：将我院于2013-01-2014-01收治的60例冠心病充血性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,并根据脏超声左室射血分数将其随机分为A、B两组,A组患者左室射血分数〉35%;B组左室射血分数〈35%,同时将同时期的30例健康患志愿者纳入C组。比较三组患者的心率变异性参数。结果：通过研究发现,A、B两组的心率变异指数均显著低于C组（P〈0.05）,同时B组的心率变异指数均显著高于A组（P〈0.05）。结论：冠心病充血性心力衰竭患者的心脏功能状态和心率变异性的降低密切相关,同时心率变异性参数可以间接的反应心衰患者的严重程度,值得进行临床进一步推广。

Objective： To investigate the correlation between heart rate variability and congestive heart failure,so as to provide data support for clinical treatment.Methods： 60 cases of congestive heart failure in our hospital from 2013 January to 2014 January were divided into A,B two groups according to the left ventricular ejection fraction by Ultrasound,the left ventricular ejection fraction 〈35% in A group,while the left ventricular ejection fraction〉 35% in B group,and 30 healthy volunteers was into the C group.Then the heart rate variability was compared in the three groups.Results： In our research,the heart rate variability index of A and B were significantly lower than those in C group（P〈0.05）,while the index in B group was significantly higher than that in the A group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： We found that the cardiac functional status and heart rate variability were closely related in patients with congestive heart failure.The heart rate variability parameters can be indirect response in patients with heart failure severity.It is worth of further clinical promotion.
