摘要
[目的]分析不同组培枣树品种之间叶片气孔大小、数量及其变异范围。[方法]以组培继代的14个枣树品种为材料,采用透明胶布黏取法对其叶下表皮气孔的数量和大小进行研究。[结果]14个枣树品种组培苗叶片气孔长度在12.27~20.23μm,气孔宽度在11.20~16.37μm,气孔密度在41.25~138.60个/mm2。[结论]长圆酸枣的枣树组培苗叶片气孔密度显著大于其余几个品种,但气孔长度明显小于其他品种,其是否具有较强的抗性还需进一步研究。
[Objective]The stomatal size,quantity,and its variation range of different jujube varieties were studied.[Method]Taking 14 jujube varieties as the materials,transparent tape method was used to study the leaf stomatal number and size.[Result]The research results showed that the 14 jujube varieties stomatal length between 12. 27- 20. 23 μm,stomatal width between 11. 20- 16. 37 μm,stomatal density between 41. 25-138. 60 holes / mm2.[Conclusion]Changyuan sour jujube stomatal density was significantly greater than the rest of the several varieties,but stomatal length was much smaller than other varieties.
