[Objective]To provide theoretical basis for further development of herbal fermentation preparation and extension. [Method]A total of300 in 25-day-old piglets( Duroc × Landrace × Large) with similar weight of probiotics fermentation Chinese herbal medicine preparation on performances and health condition in piglets. [Result]Compared with control group,the diet adding( 400,600,800 g / t) probiotics fermentation Chinese herbal medicine preparation,daily feed intake was raised 13. 24% 、19. 14% and 21. 35%( P〈 0. 05),daily gain was raised 25. 64%,61. 90% and 67. 50%( P〈 0. 05 or P〈 0. 01),feed gain ratio was decreased 9. 71%,26. 29% and 27. 43%( P〈 0. 05),the concentration of the blood total protein was raised 8. 87%,20. 04% and 20. 12%( P〈 0. 05),the concentration of blood urea nitrogen was decreased 55. 98%,67. 75% and 68. 36%( P〈 0. 01),the activity of alkaline phosphatase( ALP) was raised 29. 96%,59. 00% and 63. 14%( P〈 0. 05 or P〈 0. 01),the concentration of heat stress protein 70( HSP70) was deceased 28. 45%,47. 64% and 48. 48%( P〈 0. 05 or P〈 0. 01),the concentration of the blood immunoglobulin G( Ig G) was raised 47. 10%,89. 17% and 90. 97%( P〈 0. 01). [Conclusion]The fermentation Chinese herbal medicine can significantly promote growth performance of piglets,improve feed conversion rate,significantly reduce the stress response and the incidence of the disease.
