摘要
[目的]采用原子吸收光谱法(AAS)测定新疆罗布麻叶中的微量元素含量,并为新疆罗布麻叶的综合开发利用提供新的科学依据。[方法]采用混合酸进行微波消解,并运用AAS法测定了样品中钾(K)、钠(Na)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)、镍(Ni)、钛(Ti)、铅(Pb)、铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)12种微量元素,并进行了加标回收率试验。[结果]采用硝酸(HNO3)-双氧水(H2O2)混合酸消化体系微波消解新疆罗布麻叶样品,测定的结果相对标准偏差为0.97%3.54%,各元素的加标回收率为98.3%103.3%。[结论]AAS法具有消解完全、污染少、效率高和准确度高等优点,可应用于新疆罗布麻叶中微量元素的分析与测定。
[Objective] The paper aimed to explore the microelements content of Apocynum ventum leaves by atomic absorption spectrumetry( AAS) method,to provide new scientific basis for the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of Xingjiang Apocynum ventum. [Method]The Apocynum ventum samples were used mixed acid by microwave digestion,and adopted AAS method to determinate microelements kalium( K),sodium( Na),calcium( Ca),magnesium( Mg),iron( Fe),Copper( Cu),manganese( Mn),nickel( Ni),titanium( Ti) and plumbum( Pb),chromium( Cr) and cadmium( Cd) in samples. Besides,a standard addition recovery experiment was carried out. [Result]The results showed that the RSD of the results were 0. 97%- 3. 54% and the recovery rate were 98. 3%- 103. 3% by the method of mixed acid microwave digestion- AAS. [Conclusion]AAS method had completely dissolution,less pollution,high efficient and accuracy,and it can be applied to the analysis and determination of microelements in Xinxiang Apocynum ventum leaves.
