甘肃省景泰县寺滩国家级土地开发整理项目效益评价

Evaluation on Sitan National Land Development Consolidation Project in Jingtai County,Gansu Province

基于对甘肃省景泰县寺滩国家级土地开发整理项目的实地调研,从自然条件(地理位置、自然资源条件、社会经济条件)、土地利用状况(项目区土地利用现状、土地利用限制因素分析、水资源平衡分析)2个方面阐述了项目区情况,从工程量、项目资金管理、项目竣工验收等方面介绍了项目的实施情况,分析了项目取得的社会、生态、经济效益,为推进农村土地开发整理提供实践依据。

Based on the field investigation of Sitan national land development consolidation project in Jingtai County in Gansu Province,the situation of project area was elaborated from two aspects of natural conditions（ geographical location,natural conditions,social economic conditions）,and the status of land use（ land utilization,land use restriction factor analysis,water balance analysis）. The implementation of the project was introduced from aspects of funds management,project completion and acceptance,the obtained social,ecological and economic benefits were analyzed,which will provide practical basis for rural land development and consolidation.
