摘要
[目的]确定脱脂米糠球蛋白的最佳提取工艺。[方法]采用响应面分析法,优化由Osboren法提取出米糠球蛋白的提取条件,研究提取温度、料液比、提取时间和Na Cl浓度对米糠球蛋白纯度的影响。[结果]试验表明,提取米糠球蛋白的最佳条件为料液比1∶12.06g/ml、提取温度40.40℃、提取时间3.44 h、Na Cl浓度2.04%。[结论]研究可为今后米糠产品的深度开发和利用提供理论参考。
[Objective]To determine the optimal extraction technique for defatted rice bran globulin. [Method]Using response surface analysis method,the extraction conditions for rice bran globulin was optimized with Osboren method,the effects of extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio,time and Na Cl concentration on purity of rice bran globulin were studied. [Result]Results indicated that the best process conditions of globulin of defatted rice bran were the 1∶ 12. 06 g / ml ratio of liquor to material,40. 40 ℃ extract temperature,3. 44 h extract time and 2. 04% Na Cl concentration. [Conclusion] The study can provide theoretical reference for deep development and utilization of bran products in the future.
