江苏省溧阳市农民市民化意愿实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of Peasants' Willingness in Liyang City,Jangsu Province

随着我国城镇化水平的不断推进,农民市民化问题已成为社会关注的焦点。该研究根据江苏省溧阳市的调查数据,运用Logistic回归模型对溧阳市农民市民化的意愿进行实证分析。结果表明,农业工作技能、生活方式、劳动方式、收入满意情况、户籍偏好等因素对该地区农民市民化意愿有显著性影响。因此,应做好农民就业工作,加强人文关怀,规范劳动力市场,完善政策制度,以提高农民市民化意愿,加快推进农民市民化进程。

With the level of urban in our country progresses, urbanization of peasant has become a social focus. Based on the survey data iromI_iyang, Jiangsu Province, this report gives an empirical analysis by logistic regression model to the wishes of peasant＇ s willingness to urbaniza-tion. The results showed that agricultural skills, life style, mode of labor, income satisfaction and household preferences, these five factors, hada significant effect on peasants＇ willingness in Liyang. To conclude, we should do good farmer employment, strengthen humanistic care, regulatethe labor market, perfect the policy system, in order to improve peasants＇ willingness of urbanization, accelerate the process of China＇s urbaniza-tion.
