摘要
用孔状结构和一定生物活性的矿物保健药石——麦饭石和生理相容性较好的N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)为原料,采用水溶液聚合法制备了交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPP)/麦饭石复合凝胶吸附材料,研究了PVPP/麦饭石复合凝胶和PVPP对绿茶饮料的处理效果与条件。研究表明,5 g/L PVPP/麦饭石复合凝胶于50℃条件下处理绿茶饮料100 min,对茶多酚的去除率达到18.40%,且PVPP/麦饭石复合凝胶对茶多酚的去除效果较PVPP好。
With porous structure and biological active mineral health care medicine--maifan stone and physiological compati- bility better N-pyrrolidone (NVP) as raw materials,a PVPP/maifan stone composite gel adsorption material was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization method. Treatment effect on green tea beverage and treating conditions were studied. The re- suits showed that the adsorption rate of PVPP/maifan stone composite gel to tea polyphenol was 18.40% when the tea bever- age was treated with 5 g/L of PVPP/maifan stone composite gel concentration at 50℃ for 100 min. The removal effect of tea polyphenols with PVPP/maifan stone composite gel was better than with PVPP.
