摘要
以红苋草(Alternanthera bettzickiana Nichols)为试材,研究了不同刈割高度(1、5、10 cm)对产量、净菜率、干物质含量和叶片数、叶重率等农艺性状的影响,并初步分析了红苋草基本营养成分含量。结果表明,在华南地区冬季生产中,红苋草适宜的采收次数为3-5次;留桩1 cm刈割早期产量最高,可达1 235.71 kg/667 m^2,与其他处理差异极显著(P〈0.01);并且净菜率(69.24%)显著高于其他处理(P〈0.05),叶重率适中(306.52%),口感脆嫩(含水率92.02%),与其他处理差异极显著(P〈0.01),质量也高;营养分析显示,红苋草与普通苋菜营养成分相当。
Taking Alternanthera bettzickiana Nichols as test material, effects of different cutting heights (1 cm,5 cm and 10 cm stubble height) on gross production,edible rate ,dry matter content ,leaf number,stem-leaf ratio and other economical characters were studied. Meanwhile,several basic nutritional components of this newly developed special wild vegetable were analyzed. The results showed that suitable harvest frequency of A. bettzickiana was 3 to 5 times during winter production in South China.When stubble height was 1 cm,the early yield (1 235.71 kg/667 m^2) and water content of production (92.02%) were extremely significant higher than those of others (P〈O.O1);and edible rate (69.24%) was significant higher than the others (P〈0.05) ;while stem-leaf ratio (306.52%) was moderate,thus lcm was the most suitable stubble height. Moreover,the nutri- tional components of A. bettzickiana were equivalent to that of A. mangostanus L.
