摘要 以戊二酰亚胺类抗生素菌株链霉菌(Streptomyces)JD211为研究对象,研究其发酵培养基和发酵条件,得出最佳培养基组成是甘油30 g/L、酵母膏10 g/L、硫酸铵5 g/L、Na Cl 5 g/L、Ca CO33.5 g/L。优化后的发酵条件为装液量50 m L/250 m L,初始p H 7.0,接种量7.5%,培养温度30℃,培养时间为144 h。培养基优化后菌丝体干重较优化前提高了166.61%,抑菌圈提高了30.77%。 The effects of culture medium and cultural conditions on the fermentation of antagonistic Streptomyces JD211,a new glutarimide antibiotic fungus, were studied. The results ahowed that the optimized medium formula is glycerol 30 g/L, yeast extract 10 g/L, (NH4)2SO4 5 g/L, NaG1 5 g/L, CaGO3 3.5 g/L The optimal fermentation conditions were the combination of medium volume 50 mL/250 mL, initial pH 7.0, inoculation quantity of 7.5%, temperature 30℃, time 144 h. After optimization of culture medium, the amount of cell and antibacterial activity are significantly increased. The amount of cell in- creased by 166.61%, and antibacterial activity was improved by 30.77%.
