农村金融资源配置效率实证研究——以黑龙江省为例

Empirical Analysis of Rural Financial Resources Allocation Efficiency——Example for Heilongjiang Province

应用随机边界前沿分析法(SFA)对农村金融资源配置效率及影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明,黑龙江省农村金融资源配置效率偏低,农村金融发展结构、农村金融中介效率和农村金融市场集中度是农村金融资源配置效率的主要影响因素;提高农村金融资源配置效率的关键在于构建多元化的农村金融体系,优化农村信贷资金结构。

random boundary frontier analysis method SFA rural financial resources allocation efficiency and its influencing factors has carried on the empirical analysis using stochastic frontier analysis （SFA）. The results show that rural financial resources allocation efficiency is low, the structure of rural financial development, rural financial intermediary efficiency and rural financial market concentration is the main influencing factor of the rural financial resources allocation efficiency. Therefore,improving the rural financial resources allocation efficiency is the key to build diversified rural financial system and optimize the structure of rural credit funds.
