高校篮球专项核心力量训练探析 被引量:9

摘要 选取山东体育学院篮球专项18名学生,随机分成实验组(9名)和对照组(9名),两组在保持训练负荷基本相同的前提下,实验组采用了专项核心力量训练手段。9周训练后通过测试反映出以下方面:1)实验组在绕杆跑、仰卧起坐及双脚起跳摸高等方面提高最为显著;2)体前屈、三级蛙跳及坐姿胸前传球等方面也有一定幅度的提高;3)跳投命中率明显提高。由此推断,专项核心力量训练方法比单一传统力量训练方法具有更好的训练效果。 18 college basketball players in Shandong Sport University were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group( n = 9) and control group( n = 9). Although the two groups in terms of training load is basically the same,the experimental group has adopted specialized core strength training means. The test results after 9 weeks suggested that 1) the experimental group obviously improved the performance in running around the rod,sit ups and double leg take off; 2) there was also certain improvement in trunk bending forward,triple leapfrog and sitting posture chest pass; 3) the jump shot hit rate increased significantly. It is clear that compared with the single traditional strength training method,the core strength training has showed great advantages.
