基于应用型人才培养模式的专业学位研究生实践教学体系的构建与实践

On Studying the Practice Teaching System for Full-time Professional Degree Graduate Education Based on Cultivation of Applied Talents

随着对专业学位研究生的社会需求的日益增加,招生规模与培养质量的协调发展成为当前研究生教育工作的重要任务.以材料工程专业为例,对全日制专业学位研究生实践教学的现状进行了分析,在已有实践教学基础上探讨了教学改革的建设思路,提出了构建以产学研相结合的应用型人才培养模式.

With the increasingly social needs for professional degree graduate education,it is a significant task for graduate education to coordinate the enrollment growth in number and the training quality at present.With material engineering as an example,the existing situation of practice education for full-time professional degree graduate in this specialty has been analyzed in this paper.The concept to perform teaching reform is discussed based on the existing practice teaching.Furthermore,it is recommended to establish the training mode of high-quality applied talent under the framework of industry-teaching-research.
