摘要
翻转课堂是当前影响课堂教学的新型教学形式,强调课堂之外完成知识传递、课堂之内实现知识内化。文章在分析高职院校Flash教学现状的基础上,提出将微课支持下的翻转课堂教学模式应用于高职院校的Flash教学。该模式由层次化微课为核心的课前学习、探究性任务为驱动的课堂互动、多元化评价引导下的课后反思三个阶段构成。思维导图支持下的结构化微课使学生不至于在碎片化的学习过程中迷失,而微信技术支持下的移动学习共同体使学生不至于在课外学习的过程中无助。
Flipped classroom is a new type of teaching form affecting the classroom teaching currently. It emphasizes to complete the transfer of knowledge outside of the classroom and the implementation of the internalization of knowledge inside the classroom. Based on the anal ysis of the present situation of Flash teaching in vocational college, the article puts forward that flipped classroom teachinlg mode should be applied to the Flash teaching in higher vocational colleges under the support of the micro course. The rnodel consists of three stages, the learning before class whose core is a hierarchical micro course, classroom interaction driven by inquiry task, the reflection after class under the guidance of diversified evaluation. And structured micro course supported by mind map makes students not lose in the process of the fragmentation learning, mobile leaming community supported by micro letter technology enables students not helpless in extracurricular learning.
