The essence content of China dream is whole country prosperous and strong,Chinese nation＇s revival,people＇s life happiness,and society harmonious. By using methods of literature and expert interview,according to pragmatic and innovation rule,this paper deeply research particular strategies to develop national traditional sports,so as to promote national traditional sports play more important role in cultivating national spirit,gathering national power,enhance soft power of Chinese culture,improving people happiness and building harmonious society.
