摘要 单粒子翻转(SEU)是目前影响航天电子设备可靠运行的重大威胁之一。特别是在过去的十年里,随着以FPGA为代表的大规模可编程集成电路在航天电子设备中的广泛应用,如何对星载信号处理机进行抗SEU加固已经成为迫切需要解决的问题。因此,介绍一种星载信号处理机中FPGA防SEU的加固方法。 SEU is an important threat for space electronic systems. In the past 10 years, FPGA has been widely applied in spacebrone electronic systems. The problem of SEU which effects mitigation in spacebrone signal processors becomes a critical concern. A method for SEU effect mitigation of FPGA in spacebrone signal processor is proposed.
