农户阶层分化对土地流转意愿与行为影响的研究——来自广东省江门市217份农户的数据

Studies on the Farmer Rural Land Transfer Desire and Behavior of Causing by Different Stratums——An Empirical Analysis from 217 Farmers in Jiangmen City Guangdong Province

文章选取广东省江门市217户农户为研究对象,通过理论研究与实证分析相结合,运用Logistic模型分析了农户参与农地流转的影响因素和决策行为机制。研究结果显示:职业多样化和农户阶层分化是影响农户土地流转意愿与行为的主要原因,越是远离农业经营者身份及非农收入占家庭收入越高的农户土地流转意愿越强。同时,农户家庭个体特征、土地流转途径与社会保障等因素也对土地流转意愿产生了显著的影响。最后,在研究结论的基础上,提出了政府引导构建和谐利益关系,促进农地流转的对策建议,为地方政府科学制定农地流转政策和农地退出机制,引导农村土地承包经营权有序流转提供了借鉴。

We selected 217 households as the research object in the Jiangmen city of the Guangdong province and use logistic model to analyze the influence factors on farmers decision behavior mechanism involved in land circulation through the combination theoretical research and empirical analysis. The research results show that the occupational diversification and social stratum differentiation produce significant positive impact on farmers' land circulation transfer willingness and behavior,the more far away from agricultural occupation and higher the non- agricultural household income,the farmer' land transfer willingness will get stronger. At the same time,individual characteristics,land transfer ways and social security and other factors will produce significant influence on the farmers' land transfer willingness. Finally,we suggest the government should guide the harmonious interest relationship and promote the circulation of agricultural land based on conclusion. This paper also puts forwards some suggestions for the local government to make some land circulation policy and rural land exit mechanism properly,and it also offers some reference for the orderly flow of the land contractual management right.
