当代中国农村土地征收制度问题探究

中国作为一个拥有近八亿农民的农业大国,关乎农业、农村、农民的"三农"问题时刻牵动着国家的经济发展、社会稳定、国民素质的高低。但随着改革开放步伐的加快,城市化进程与新农村建设的推进,在农村土地征收及农民权益保护方面突显出的社会矛盾越来越引起社会的关注,也影响着经济发展和社会稳定。如何完善农村土地制度,保护农民利益,维护农村社会稳定,已成为建设和谐社会不可绕过的一大问题。

As the agricultural nation with the eight hundred millionaire population,China's ' three rural issues' of the agriculture,countryside and peasant are related to the national economic development,social stability and national quality. With the promotion of the reformation and opening,process of the urbanization and new rural construction,the social conflict of the rural land expropriation and the peasant's legal protection are paid attention very much and also impact on the economic development and social stability.How to improve the rural land expropriation and to protect the peasant's legal right for the social stability has been the big issues of the construction harmonization.
