摘要
本文以美国、澳大利亚、英国和加拿大为例,对卫生技术评估(HTA)在发达国家的应用情况,以及国际上具有较大影响力的HTA组织的概况与特点进行了简要综述,为我国基于自身国情及医药卫生体制的特点建立HTA体系,推动HTA在卫生决策和循证实践的应用提供经验。
In this review we summarized the application of Health Technology Assessment（HTA） in the USA, Australia, England, and Canada, and introduced the general situations and characteristics of infl uential international HTA organizations. It provides good references for us to build HTA system based on our own conditions and characteristics of medical system, and to promote its application in policy decision and evidencebased practice.
