头孢曲松与头孢克肟序贯疗法对急性呼吸道感染患儿临床症状及炎性因子的影响

Impact of ceftriaxone and cefixime sequential therapy on clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors in children patients with acute respiratory infection

目的探讨头孢曲松与头孢克肟序贯疗法对急性呼吸道感染患儿临床症状及炎性因子的影响。方法选择2013年2-11月该院小儿呼吸科收治的166例急性呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,各83例。对照组采用头孢曲松治疗;观察组采取头孢曲松与头孢克肟序贯疗法。观察两组患儿治疗效果、临床症状改善情况、炎性因子水平及住院费用。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组;血清炎性因子中肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）、细胞间黏附分子-1（ICAM-1）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）水平明显低于对照组;平均住院费用明显少于对照组;两组临床症状消失时间、不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论头孢曲松与头孢克肟序贯疗法可有效缓解急性呼吸道感染患儿临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,提高治疗效果,降低患者住院费用。

Objective To study the effect of ceftriaxone and cefixime sequential therapy on clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors in children patients with acute respiratory infection.Methods 166 children patients with acute respiratory infection in our hospital from February to November 2013 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given ceftriaxone,while the observation group was given the sequential therapy of ceftriaxone and cefixime.The therapeutic effect,improvement situation of clinical symptoms,inflammatory factor levels and hospitalization cost were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group;serum inflammatory factors,TNF-α,ICAM-1and IL-8levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the average hospitalization costs were significantly less than those in the control group;there was no statistically significant difference in the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The sequential therapy of ceftriaxone and cefixime can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce the inflammatory factor levels,improve the effect of treatment and reduce the patient′s hospitalization cost.
