新形势要求高校辅导员必须做好宣传思想工作,这是发挥现代大学功能、落实立德树人根本任务、促进辅导员自身全面发展的客观要求。高校辅导员必须具备坚定的政治信仰,努力提升职业能力,科学管理学生组织,加强阵地建设,通过政策与制度的保障,发挥在高校宣传思想工作中应有的作用。

The new circumstances demand college advisors to do a better job at propaganda and ideo- logical work. It is also objectively required by the functions of modern colleges and universities, their fundamental task of cultivating talents of high integrity and by the all--round development of the ad- visors themselves. College advisors must have firm political beliefs. They should constantly strive for higher occupational competency, manage student organizations in a scientific way, strengthen con- struction of ideological fronts and play their due role in propaganda and ideological work with policy and institutional guarantees.
