循证护理在脑血管介入术后患者中的应用

Clinical application of evidence- based nursing to reduce cerebral vascular complications after PCI

目的:探讨循证护理在脑血管介入术后患者中的应用效果。方法:将我院接诊的145例脑血管病变患者随机分为循证组73例和对照组72例,观察组在予以介入治疗后应用循证护理方式,对照组予以常规护理,比较两组患者术后并发症发生率。结果:循证组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予脑血管介入术患者循证护理,可有效降低其并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the effect of evidence - based nursing in cerebral vascular complications after PCI. Methods：Our hospital admissions for 145 cases of cerebrovascular disease patients were randomly divided into control group （n = 72） and observation group （n = 73）. The observation group re-ceived evidence - based nursing,the control group was given routine nursing in the same treatment. To observe two groups view the complications after opera-tion. Results：The complication occurate of observation group was lower then the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Evidence - based nursing interven-tion used in patients with cerebral blood vessel can effectively reduce the incidence rate of complications.
