摘要
目的:探讨护士层级管理在临床实践中的应用方法和效果。方法:根据护士的职称、工作年限、学历、个人能力和临床经验等因素将护士分为 N0~ N4五级,明确各层级护士的职责,实行分层培训和考核。比较护士层级管理前后患者满意度、护士工作满意度、护士自我效能感和病区护理质量。结果:护士层级管理后患者满意度、护士工作满意度、护士自我效能感和病区护理质量均高于护士层级管理前(P 〈0.05)。结论:实施护士层级管理有利于提高患者满意度、护士工作满意度、护士自我效能和护理质量,护士层级管理适应临床护理工作的需要。
Objective:To study the levels of nursing method and the application effect in clinical practice. Methods:According to the nurse′s job title,work-ing years,education,personal ability and clinical experience nurses divided into N0 - N4,clarify the responsibilities of a nurse at the level,with layered training and examination. Compared the nurse′s and patient′s satisfaction levels,nurses job satisfaction,self - efficacy and ward nursing quality before and after the management. Results:The patients′ satisfaction,nurse job satisfaction,self - efficacy and ward nursing quality were improvement (P 〈 0. 05). Con-clusion:The nurse hierarchy management to improve patients′ satisfaction,nurse job satisfaction,self - efficacy and quality of care, the nurse hierarchical management to fit the needs of clinical nursing work.
