摘要
目的:探讨 PDCA 循环在生殖中心临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法:将2012年10月~2014年6月期间来我院实习的148名护生作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和试验组。试验组采用 PDCA 循环进行临床护理教学,对照组采用传统临床护理模式教学,比较两组护生理论知识、病历书写、操作技能成绩。结果:两组实习生在理论知识、病历书写、操作技能、病人满意度及综合成绩方面的差异均有统计学意义,试验组所达到的实习效果明显优于对照组(P 〈0.05)。结论:运用 PDCA 循环理论进行临床护理教学,可进一步提高临床护理教学的质量,值得借鉴和推广。
Objective:To explore the application of PDCA cycle theory in clinical nursing teaching in reproductive center. Methods:148 students in nursing learning basic course of two nursing classes from October 2012 to June 2014,which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group carried out traditional method of teaching,the experimental group carried out PDCA circulation method,compared the results of two groups after the end of the course. Results:In experimental group of nursing students,the theory of knowledge,medical record writing skills and satisfaction of the patients were significantly better than that of control group,experimental group nursing students′ comprehensive performance is higher than that the control group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:The use of PDCA cycle theory in clinical nursing teaching,can improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching deeply,it is worth learning and promotion.
