腰背部药熨被的临床应用效果

Clinical effect of back ironing drug quilts

目的：探讨腰背部药熨被的应用效果。方法：将2013年4～12月我院接诊的56例腰背部药熨患者作为研究对象，随机等分为对照组与观察组，两组患者均行常规治疗方式，对照组使用普通棉被，观察组使用药熨被，治疗4周后，比较两组患者治疗效果。结果：两组疗效比较，试验组优于对照组。结论：使用药熨被能有效预防患者着凉，避免被套污染情况的发生，有利于辅助药熨操作，优化治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To discuss the effect of the back medicine ironing quilts. Methods：In April to December 2013,our hospital departments of 56 patients with lower back medicine ironing as the research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group used normal quilts,while the observation group used ironing drug quilts. 4 weeks after treatment,compared with the control group and observation group of patients with therapy effect. Results：The therapy effect of observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion：Medicine ironing quilt can be effective in preventing patients catch a cold,avoid the happening of bedding bag pollution situation,is advantageous to the auxiliary medicine ironing operation,optimi-zing the treatment effect,it is suitable for clinical extensive application.
