摘要
目的:探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在缩短患者诊疗时间中的应用效果。方法:按照品管圈的步骤和方法发动圈员自我管理,分析门诊患者诊疗时间较长的原因和改进措施。比较2014年6~7月(品管圈实施前)与2014年10-11月(品管圈实施后)各个环节诊疗时间及患者的满意度。结果:实施品管圈活动后患者的挂号收费、单项检查、取药及多项检查4个环节的诊疗时间均短于品管圈活动前(P〈0.05),患者的满意度高于品管圈活动前(P〈0.05)。结论:品管圈的管理方法能缩短患者诊疗时间,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective :To discuss the quality control circle activities in shortening the time of patients on diagnosis and application effect. Methods: According to the steps and methods of quality control circle, launched circle members of self management, to explore the causes of outpatient service time in diagnosis with longer and improvement measures. The June - July 2014 ( before the implementation) and October - November 2014 ( after the implementation) were compared for each link on the time of diagnosis and satisfaction on patients. Results : After the implementation of quality control circle activity, the time in pa- tients registration fees, individual inspection, medicine and a number of examination were greatly shorten. The satisfaction on outpatients was also improved. Conclusion:Management method of quality control circle has good effect on shorten the time of diagnosis.
