摘要
通过对33家综合性大学医学院(部)医学人文教育教学组织状况的调查,发现医学人文教育取得了一定成绩,特别是部分部属高校,无论在机构设置、课程开设、师资配备等方面,都领先于省属综合性大学,但一些学校存在无人文医学教学机构、无人文医学专职教师、无人文医学核心课程的三无情况。建议综合性大学医学院(部)尽快成立独立的人文医学教学部门,配备必要的专职人文医学教师,同时积极发展兼职人文医学教师队伍,提高人文医学7门核心课程的开课率,加强对人文医学学科研究。
Through the investigation on humanistic medicine educational organization status of 33 medical school (center) of comprehensive universities, the authors found that medical humanities education had made certain achievements, especially in some universities directly administered by ministries of central government, in which independent department settings, course structures and teaching faculties are all ahead of provincial universities. In addition, the research also showed that for some universities there are no humanistic medicine teaching section, full-time faculty and core curriculum at all. Therefore, the authors suggest that it is urgent for comprehensive universities to establish independent humanistic medicine teaching section, equip full-time and part-time humanistic medicine faculties, increase the ratio of humanistic medicine core courses and promote the research of humanistic medicine.
