摘要
建立了旋转凹模冷镦机弧面凸轮分度机构的数学模型,并结合实际应用情况设计了弧面凸轮分度机构参数,选取了弧面凸轮轮廓曲面运动规律。最后通过具体实例,使用Pro/E、Matlab对弧面凸轮工作轮廓面进行参数化建模,使用ADAMS建立弧面凸轮分度机构动力学模型,并对其运动性能进行了模拟仿真。研究表明,弧面凸轮分度机构作为旋转凹模冷镦机传动件在高速工况下运动平稳、停歇期定位精度达到36″。
The mathematical model of the globoidal cam indexing mechanism applied to the rotary concave die of cold heading machine is established. The parameters of the globoidal cam indexing machine are designed and the motion law of globoidal cam is selected based on the operation condition of the cold heading machine. Through detailed cases, the parametric model of globoidal cam indexing mechanism is realized by using the Pro/ E and Matlab, the dynamics model of it is developed by using the ADAMS and the motion simulations are car- ried out. The research shows that, under high - speed condition, the globoidal cam indexing mechanism has the characteristics of stable meshing and the locating accuracy reaches 36" applied to the cold heading machine.
