基于Matlab与Caxa的蜗线齿轮副设计

摘要 针对节曲线封闭的非圆齿轮,介绍了其节曲线和轮齿的分布特点,根据非圆齿轮的啮合理论和折算齿形法,以蜗线齿轮为例,利用Matlab软件,绘制了不同偏心率下蜗线齿轮的节曲线,并分析了其特征;同时利用Caxa的特有绘图命令及三维实体建模功能,完整地绘制了蜗线齿轮的实体模型。根据生成的蜗线齿轮齿廓,可以分析其相关特征,为进一步进行有限元分析、计算机模拟刀具轨迹的生成和数控加工,奠定了基础。 Aiming at the non - circular gear with closed pitch curve, the characteristics of pitch curves and gear tooth distribution of the non - circular gear are introduced. According to non - circular gear meshing theory and the conversion method of tooth profile, taking the limacon gear as an example, by using the Madab software, a different eccentric pitch curve of limacon gear is drawn, and its characteristic is analyzed. The three - dimensional solid model is fully drawn, by using the function of three - dimensional solid modeling and some specific drawing instructions. According to the formation tooth profile of limacon gear, the associated features can be analyzed and the foundation of further finite element analysis, the formation of computer simulation tools trace and CNC machining are provided.
