摘要
介绍了某型火炮方位随动系统组成及其工作原理,分析说明了方位随动系统中的方位测角装置齿轮传动链组成及测角精度计算,通过三维造型软件UG NX构建方位测角装置的三维模型,并与机械动力学仿真软件ADAMS实现数据交互,在ADAMS软件中建立虚拟样机模型并完成虚拟样机模型的动力学分析,通过获得方位测角装置输入、输出轴转速及齿轮啮合力的时域规律曲线,为深入研究火炮方位测角装置的齿轮传动系统特性提供理论参考。
The working principle and composition of a certain type of artillery servo angle test system are introduced, the test system of gear transmission chain in the azimuth angle measuring device and the calculation of angle measurement accuracy are analyzed and explained. Through the three - dimensional modeling software UG NX, the three - dimensional model of azimuth angle measuring device is built, and the data interaction with mechanical dynamics simulation software ADAMS is realized, the virtual prototype model is established in AD- AMS and the dynamics analysis of virtual model is completed, the speed of input, output shaft of azimuth angle measuring device and the time domain regularity curve of gear meshing force are obtained, the theoretical refer- ence for further studying the characteristic of artillery azimuth angle measuring device gear transmission system is provided.
