摘要
同步器是手动变速器必备的部件,研究同步器接合套参数对换挡性能的影响可为同步器的优化提供依据。通过UG建立同步器三维模型,用ADAMS进行仿真计算,并将其结果和理论计算结果对比来验证三维模型的准确性。通过对同步器的理论分析,得出了接合套梅角的最佳取值范围和接合套定位球槽切角变化对同步器同步时间和换挡阻力的影响规律。
The Synchronizer is an essential part of the manual transmission. The basis for the synchronizer optimization is provided by studying the influence of the synchronizer shift sleeve parameters on shifting perform- ance. The 3 D model of synchronizer is established by using UG and simulated in ADAMS. Then the accuracy of the model is verified according to the simulation resuhs and the theoretical results. The optimal range of the shift sleeve Mei angle and the influence law of the change of the positioning ball groove angle of shift sleeve on syn- chronization time and shifting resistance which caused are got through the analysis of the synchronization theory.
