摘要
为提高轻型高速船用齿轮箱设计的可靠性,采用有限元法建立齿轮箱箱体的有限元静力学模型,通过仿真软件分析计算倒车、顺车工况下箱体位移和应力的分布情况。根据分析结果对箱体薄弱处结构进行合理优化。优化后的箱体强度分布趋于均匀,结构更加合理,为该型齿轮箱的生产制造奠定基础。
In order to improve the reliability of light high - speed marine gearbox design, the finite ele- ment method is adopted to establish the finite element statics model of the gearbox body. Through the analysis of the simulation software, the displacement and stress distribution of the box body ahead running and reverse con- dition are computed. According to the analysis results in the weak structure, the box structure is optimized. The strength of the optimized gearbox tends to be uniform and the structure is more reasonable than previous design, a foundation for the manufacture of the gearbox is provided.
