摘要
针对Q48悬链步进式抛丸清理机的吊钩爬坡时易折断等现象进行了分析研究,提出一种吊钩与悬链之间采用铰接式结构,使得吊钩爬坡时始终处于垂直状态,减小了悬链运行爬坡时产生的附加应力,避免了吊钩折断或弯曲,提高了吊钩的使用寿命和悬链线的运行效率。
The Q48 suspension chain step blasting machine hook is easy to break. This paper put forward an articulated structure adopted between the hook and the hanging chain, which made the hook in vertical atate when climbing to reduce the additional stress, avoid the hook broken or bend, improve the operation efficiency and the service life of the hook.
