摘要
通过化学成分分析、金相组织分析等方法对某公司ADC14铸锭微观组织形貌、分布和均匀度进行了对比研究。结果表明:微观组织分布不均,存在粗大块状初晶硅和孔洞,截面呈空洞区、气缩孔区和针状微孔区明显分层。另外,试样中杂质元素含量较高,有一定的遗传性,这也是微观组织不均匀的本质原因。
The morphology degree of homogeneity and distribution of ADC14 microstructure were studied by chemical composition analysis and metallographic examination.The results showed that the microstructure was inhomogeneously distributed,the primary silicon and pores existed.Blowholes,shrinkage-blowholes and macro-shrinkage-porosity presented in the microstructure section.The high impurities content was the cause of the inhomogeneous microstructure due to the heredity.
